About Your Appointment

All Metro Imaging offices are conveniently located and provide free parking in safe, well-lighted areas adjoining our offices. Handicapped parking and access is available at all locations, as are wheelchairs, if needed.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, or as otherwise instructed, to present your registration information and complete other necessary exam forms.

Bring your complete insurance information, including your insurance card, ID number, and group number. In addition, for workers' compensation claims and automobile injuries, bring your claim number, the date of injury and the name and address of your attorney. Also, you must bring the written order and any other paperwork your physician may have given you.

Wear comfortable, metal-free clothing (i.e., sweatpants, T-shirt, shorts, metal-free bra, etc.). It may be necessary to have you change into a patient gown depending on your exam. Lockers will be provided for your clothing.
